Important Notice Before Proceeding
If you wish to permanently delete your Nepsal account, please read the following terms carefully:
Complete Data Removal: Deleting your account permanently erases your personal profile, saved delivery addresses, order history, and saved wishlist items from our active production database.
Permanent & Irreversible: Once purged, your account and historical records cannot be restored.
Pending Deliveries & Balance: Any pending orders in transit or wallet refunds must be completed before submitting your deletion request.
Note: Required commercial purchase receipts and tax invoices are retained in secure statutory archives as mandated by Nepal law.
